About ToCo

 

Let me introduce myself. My name is Peter Tomesen, Life and business coach with ToCo.

In my work, I specialise in coaching people who have reached a crossroads in their lives or work. I have personally experienced how difficulties are also opportunities to grow.

The unused potential in people has always fascinated me. I admire people who have the courage to let go of choices that no longer serve them in order to stay loyal to themselves.

What I bring to the coaching sessions:

  • Since 1995 a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
  • I have contributed to the personal and professional development of employees in the Human Resources Departments of several large companies on the continent
  • Five years of training in Psychosynthesis counselling
  • I have guided people through transition periods in their careers and private lives by using Psychosynthesis counselling
  • For two years, I have coached long term unemployed people back into suitable employment who had been out the workforce for a period of time period
  • Diploma in    Life and Business Coaching and a member of the Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland (LBCAI).
  • Diploma in Trainer Skills with the Irish Organisation of Training and Development (IITD)
  • Last but not least: compassion, integrity and love for my work.

 

I see my role as a facilitator to positive changes that will lead to more balance and fulfilment in your life.

I live in West-Cork with my Irish wife (I'm Dutch myself) and two children.
